Return/refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with Kay Patisserie! If you have any concerns related to your purchase, we’re here to help. 


Please Note:

  1. Order confirmation and details will be shared on the phone number/email ID provided upon placing your order. Amount to be paid and estimated delivery time will be conveyed while placing the order, and then over text/email.
  2. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your cakes, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit or a replacement product of the same or lesser value. No monetary refund will be provided. 
  3. You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund only if the order is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. 
  4. While making a payment, should your selected payment option fail or be rendered  unsuccessful, we will initiate a refund of the relevant amount upon verification. 
  5. If an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation, or requires any modifications from our end, we will inform you of the same. In this case:
    • If you have made the payment already: You will be entitled to cancel the order, and will receive a full refund for the amount paid for services in store credit. 
    • If you opted for cash for delivery: You will be entitled to cancel the order. 
  6. We reserve our sole right to cancel your order if:
    • We cannot reach you to confirm the order. 
    • The delivery address provided by you is not within serviceable areas. 
    • Failure to deliver your order due to the lack of necessary information. 
    • Unavailability of the items ordered.
