Please Note:
- Order confirmation and details will be shared on the phone number/email ID provided upon placing your order. Amount to be paid and estimated delivery time will be conveyed while placing the order, and then over text/email.
- In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your cakes, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit or a replacement product of the same or lesser value. No monetary refund will be provided.
- You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund only if the order is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- While making a payment, should your selected payment option fail or be rendered unsuccessful, we will initiate a refund of the relevant amount upon verification.
- If an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation, or requires any modifications from our end, we will inform you of the same. In this case:
- If you have made the payment already: You will be entitled to cancel the order, and will receive a full refund for the amount paid for services in store credit.
- If you opted for cash for delivery: You will be entitled to cancel the order.
- We reserve our sole right to cancel your order if:
- We cannot reach you to confirm the order.
- The delivery address provided by you is not within serviceable areas.
- Failure to deliver your order due to the lack of necessary information.
- Unavailability of the items ordered.
